Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, color selection, change of mind, or personal circumstances.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as production begins immediately.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging for review. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds for shipping costs.
